These postcards are a result of a long days painting with paint or time to spare. Not wanting to stop work, but not wanting to start a larger piece. I grew up in the Fenland of Holland, Lincolnshire. Miles and miles of flat land served by drainage ditches. Big skies and wonderful sunsets.
